About my Net Card experience, I'll say it was quite good. The call went through in the first try, and the sound clarity was very good. The only thing I'd have liked is, at the start it tells me how much time is left, in case where I haven't yet used it all up. Just like you had in your other card(s).(Note from Nurtel: Now you can hear your minutes with Net Card) I'm just being a pesky nitpicker.

This rate is unbeatable, and I haven't seen such low rates to Bangladesh anywhere yet. I'd say this is a very good phone card.
